This unsigned high end striking brooch is a stunning example of mid-century costume jewelry design. Crafted in a radiant gold-toned metal, the piece is shaped like an abstract flower in motion, exuding the glamour of 1950s–60s couture. At its heart lies a deep black cabochon, possibly glass or onyx, prong-set in a sunburst of scalloped gold petals. The petals are gracefully layered and adorned with clear round rhinestones, adding sparkle and dimension. Two twisting golden stems extend downward, ending in tapered leaf-like tips,  giving the piece a sense of organic movement—as if it’s blooming or dancing.

The overall design feels both botanical and futuristic, reminiscent of Schiaparelli, Trifari, or even Jean Schlumberger’s surreal floral work.

Measurements: 13 cm long adnd 5 cm at the widest point. 

In great vintage condition, minor imperfections not affecting the overall look of the piece.
