Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note that vintage items are not new and therefore have imperfections. However, all flaws will be noted and revealed on pictures. Please check pictures and items descriptions for more details.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express from our studio. Shipping times are typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order is fulfilled.

Exchanges and Refunds 
Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
